Substance Use & Recovery Coaching

Recovery looks different for everyone. We start wherever you are.

I offer substance use and recovery coaching for men, women, and youth ages 16 and up who are questioning their relationship with substances, navigating early recovery, or working to build a life beyond addiction.

You may be noticing how substance use is affecting your relationships, school, work, or health. You may have tried to make changes before. You may also be sober and realizing that simply “not using” is not enough to feel grounded or fulfilled.

You do not need to be certain about what change looks like to begin. You do not need a clear plan. We can start where you are and move forward from there, focusing on what works for you.

Problematic substance use is often described as continuing to use despite negative consequences, but labels are not the focus of my work. Your goals are.

You may want to reduce your substance use, stop entirely, strengthen harm reduction strategies, explore treatment or recovery support options, or rebuild trust and stability in your life. Recovery coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps you move from your current reality toward the life you want to build.

If you are in early or long-term recovery, the question often becomes: What now? When recovery is no longer the only focus, there is room to explore who you are beyond your relationship with substances.

What do you want your relationships, career, or education to look like? What feels meaningful to you now? This is often where real growth begins.

My coaching practice is grounded in the ethical standards and core competencies of the International Coaching Federation. Coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you with clarity, honesty, and steadiness as you define your goals, recognize your strengths, and take practical steps forward.

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, which allows me to meet you with genuine understanding, not ignorance or judgment.

If coaching feels like the next right step, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. This is a space to ask questions, discuss where you are, and see if working together is a good fit.

When you are ready, I am here.

My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in respect for your autonomy. I will ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns I notice, and help you build awareness around what is and is not working. You remain in charge of your choices. My role is to support insight, accountability, and forward movement without judgment or pressure.

This work is grounded in the ethical standards and core competencies of the International Coaching Federation. Coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. You are the expert on your own life. Together, we focus on creating clarity, resilience, and a sense of direction that feels genuine to you.

Holistic Wellness Coaching

What feels balanced, healthy, or meaningful will look different for each person.

Holistic wellness coaching is for people who know something needs to shift, even if they cannot yet name exactly what that is. Holistic, in this context, means taking into account the whole person, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being.

You may feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. You may be functioning on the outside while feeling drained, restless, or unfulfilled underneath. Wellness coaching offers space to slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with what actually supports you.

I work with individuals who want to improve their overall well-being in a way that feels sustainable and personal. This may include exploring boundaries, beliefs, stress, purpose, habits, or life transitions. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface-level change, we look at the bigger picture of how you live, think, and relate to yourself and others.

There is no single definition of wellness, and I do not believe in rigid frameworks or prescriptive solutions. What feels balanced, healthy, or meaningful will look different for each person. Coaching focuses on helping you clarify what matters to you, identify what is getting in the way, and take intentional steps that align with your values.
